At NodeGuarder, we believe that your server metrics are your private business. Our architecture is designed from the ground up to ensure complete data sovereignty.

1. Self-Hosted Architecture

NodeGuarder is a self-hosted software solution. This means:

• The software runs entirely on your own infrastructure (servers, virtual machines, or local hardware).
• All data collected by the NodeGuarder Agent (CPU usage, logs, cron history, file changes) is transmitted directly to your instance of the NodeGuarder Dashboard.
• We do not capture, store, or have access to any of your monitoring data.

2. No Telemetry

The NodeGuarder software does not contain "phone home" features or hidden telemetry. It does not send usage statistics, crash reports, or identifiers to us or any third parties.

3. Contact Information

If you contact us via our website form, your name, email, and message are processed via Web3Forms for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry. We do not sell or share this contact information.

4. Cookies

The NodeGuarder marketing website does not use tracking cookies. The actual NodeGuarder dashboard software uses session cookies only for the purpose of maintaining your login state.
